About TCMI
Twenty years of designing, manufacturing and testing high-performance personal safety and body armour protection for military and law-enforcement agencies — locally and abroad.
Techno Composite Material Industries (Pvt) Ltd.
TCMI has its headquarters and manufacturing facility at Sundar Industrial Estate, in the suburbs of Lahore, Pakistan.
The company has over 20 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and selling high-performance personal safety and body armour protection products for the military and law-enforcement agencies, both locally and abroad, and enjoys a reputation for excellence in the sector.
TCMI works right through from product development and design to final manufacture of materials, applying stringent quality control to deliver products that conform to most international standards and are certified by reputable international laboratories.
We continue to improve our products through an extensive R&D programme supported by in-house ballistic testing, and we are highly flexible in meeting OEM and ODM requirements.
How the product is built
Design, manufacture and verification all happen at the Sundar facility — material traceability is never handed to a third party.
Design & Development
Product concepts developed against the operational requirement, with pattern engineering and material selection carried out in-house.
Material Control
UHMWPE and aramid intake inspected and lot-tracked, so every finished article traces back to its raw material batch.
Manufacturing
Hot-press lamination for plates and helmet shells; cutting, stitching and assembly for vests, carriers and covers.
Quality Assurance
Stringent in-process inspection under our ISO 9001 quality management system.
Ballistic Verification
In-house ballistic testing and V50 verification before any lot is released for dispatch.
Built to your specification
We are highly flexible in meeting OEM and ODM requirements, and regularly manufacture against end-user and tender specifications rather than a fixed catalogue.
